At Funkhana, we want every gifting experience to be joyful and unforgettable. We understand that sometimes things donβt go exactly as planned β so hereβs how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with transparency and care.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details for us to review.
Once we assess your request, we will determine whether a return, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
Note: If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note banks/payment providers may take additional time.
Contact support with order details and photos β we will guide you.
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit will be issued after inspection.
If not shipped to recipient directly, refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
