Return & Refund Policy – Funkhana

At Funkhana, we want every gifting experience to be joyful and unforgettable. We understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned β€” so here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with transparency and care.

1. Returns & Refund Requests

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details for us to review.

Once we assess your request, we will determine whether a return, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

Note: If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

2. What Can Be Returned

  • Items that arrived damaged
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Packages that were incorrectly sent

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Personalised products that match your specifications

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refund issued to your original payment method
  • Processed within 7–10 business days after item is received

Please note banks/payment providers may take additional time.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Defective items
  • Items damaged in transit

Contact support with order details and photos β€” we will guide you.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Borne by Funkhana when defective/damaged/incorrect
  • Borne by customer for any other reason

7. Gifts & Gift Orders

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit will be issued after inspection.

If not shipped to recipient directly, refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

8. How to Initiate a Return
